It doesn't seem worthwhile unless your party has a particularly strenuous time against low-flying enemies, robots w/ Weakness electricity, or groups w/ poor Reflex saves. Electric Arc is the strongest cantrip by far. It is an exceptional cantrip, no wonder it is the highest rated one in two spell guides and tied for first in the third: Resistance to electricity is not common.
